Key Responsibilities:Drive technical presales for customer meetings across all Unify Square service offeringsProvide technical account management for existing customers, including monthly reviews with customersWork with customers and our internal team to drive consumption of Unify Square solutions and customer satisfactionDemonstrate subject matter expertise with Unify Square s PowerSuite platformProvide engagement management of active technical pre-sales efforts
Experience in at least two of the following technologies(preferably all three)Microsoft TeamsSkype for Business/LyncExchange 2007 or aboveCall quality analytics and reporting experienceBachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent industry experience6+ years of IT industry experience3+ years ofhands-onexperience with Microsoft Unified CommunicationsUnderstand core telephony concepts such as signaling, codecs, dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routingDeep understanding of LAN/WAN concepts andinfrastructureEnthusiasm/support for Microsoft s UC visionExperience with Enterprise Voice deployment and rolloutExperience integrating IP and TDM based telephony systemsExceptional troubleshooting skills, using methodical and logical approachesConfident, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Broad understanding of business requirements and processesCreativity and ability to think out of the box Adaptability to a variety of task typesAbility to travel within region on up to a 50% basis, with occasional international travelAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong presentation skillsMinimum MCSE Communications certification
