ABOUT Walla Walla is a beautiful growing community in Southeast Washington. We pride ourselves in fine dining, world-class wine, affordable housing, minimal traffic, moderate/low crime, theaters, galleries, national level community college and private colleges and a VIBRANT expanding restaurant community. TMACS is an establish restaurant in the heart of Walla Walla wine country. We opened in Fall of 2005 and after 13 amazing years we are taking a bold step and moving the restaurant to a new location. We will be the anchor tenant in the new Showroom on Colville Street . The Showroom on Colville sits in a prime location on the corner of Rose and Colville Street, re-purposing the historical McCallum Pontiac Building which was used to restore and show cars since the 50s. this space will house a unique mix of locally owned boutiques, home textile stores, artesian markets, tasting rooms and a small collection of eateries. We anticipate this new development to become an integral part of the Walla Walla experience. With this move, we are introducing new features such as a 300% increase in bar capacity, a high-end cocktail lounge that sits on a second-floor mezzanine, partially open kitchen with service bar, secluded dining and a great view of the historical and Iconic Marcus Whitman Hotel. We are looking for a professional FOH Manager to work with the Executive Chef and General Manager and to: This position will Oversee the Front of House staff including hosts, servers, and server s assistants. Must have excellent, non-combative and empathetic communication skills. M Must maintain a professional relationship with Kitchen and Bar management. Maintain social media presence, including customer review responses. Oversee nightly service operations Manage reservations Update and maintain guest-book Update and maintain concierge programs and customer out-reach FOH training and educating. Hours Thursday Monday _ 3PM Close Pay & Benefits To be negotiated. Potential for health benefits and relocation bonus based on experience. REQUIREMENTS Complete Resume with education history 4 Years experience in the restaurant Industry (fine-dining preferred). Washington State Food Handlers and MAST Class 12 Alcohol permits required.
