This may include, but is not limited to: basic soldering, hand tools, testing equipment, working with wire bundles, pinning and crimping Work from hard-copy (paper) and electronic work instructions, assembly drawings, and bill of materials Ability to use a variety of small hand tools (torque driver, pliers, cutters and screwdrivers) as well as mechanical and air driven swaging equipment and power tools (i.E. Dremel and electric screwdrivers) May be required to use chemicals, solvents and epoxy resins during the normal course of assembly operations Complete assignments within established labor standards Will adhere to 5S organization and housekeeping requirements May work independently or part of a progressive line Use computer for online timekeeping, electronic routing system, viewing drawing packages as well as documenting rework in the quality database Test parts and products to meet tolerances and product specifications Good manual dexterity with the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time in a repetitive manufacturing environment Able to lift 25 to 40 lbsRequirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Knowledge of ESD handling procedures a must 1 2 years relevant aerospace or electronic production/assembly experience preferred Minimum of 6 months soldering experience, including small SMT and fine-pitch IC Familiarity with IPC-A-610E-2010 Read and speak English fluently Basic computer skills Experience working in a team based manufacturing environment preferredThis is a 3-6 month assignment with a possibility of it turning into a Temp to hire opportunity based on performance and attendance. Hourly pay is $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr DOE. Day shift hours are Monday Friday flexible start time between 6am 9am. End times depend on start time between 230pm 6pm.
